The development of approximately 1.30 acres with the primary purpose being to construct a new Farmer's Market. This will include, but is not limited to, earthwork, roadway/access construction, walkways, a new 3,600 SF Farmer's Market, underground power, and other site appurtenances. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and reclamation necessary to complete the construction in accordance with the intent of the plans and technical specifications. Time of completion for this contract is 240 calendar days.
