The Project Includes, Without Limitation, Furnishing All Necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment and Other Incidental and Appurtenant Work Necessary to Satisfactorily Complete the Work as More Specifically Described in the Contract Documents. The Work Will Be Performed in Strict Conformance With the Contract Documents, Permits From Regulatory Agencies With Jurisdiction and Applicable Regulations, and Includes, but Not Limited to: Furnishing All Necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment and Other Incidental and Appurtenant Work Necessary to Satisfactorily Complete the Work as More Specifically Described in the Contract Documents. The Work Will Be Performed in Strict Conformance With the Contract Documents, Permits From Regulatory Agencies With Jurisdiction and Applicable Regulations, and Includes, but Not Limited to: Classroom Renovations Including: Moving of Furniture and Boxes, Demolition, Painting, Marker Boards Installation, Tack Boards, Case Work, Wall Construction, Window Blind, and Electrical Work Bid Security. Each Bid Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by Bid Security in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Amount of the Bid Proposal, Inclusive of the Proposed Price for Any Additive Alternate Bid Item(S). Failure of Any Bid Proposal to Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form and in the Amount Required Shall Render Such Bid Proposal to Be Non-responsive and Rejected by the District.
