Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farr West, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of roadway construction, culvert replacement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and drainage improvements and is located generally on 4000 North Street from 2500 West to 2850 West in Farr West, UT. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $2,516,000. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Shane Taggart, shane@jonescivil.com, no later than 5:00 pm on October 28, 2024 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Doc note: Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable.
