The Project consists of chip and seal, edge mill, overlay, and striping and is located along 2000 West, 2700 West, and Pelican Drive. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of Section A: $92,913; Section B: $325,197 Bid will be received for possible multiple contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Section A: 1850 N (2000 West to City Boundary); Section B: 2700 West (Plain City Road to 3100 North) and Pelican Drive (3300 N. to Higley Road) On that date, Contractor shall start performing its obligations under the Contract Documents. No Work shall be done at the Site prior to such date. In accordance with the Agreement, the date of Substantial Completion is August 31, 2025, and the date of readiness for final payment is September 30, 2025.
