The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $2,516,000. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Shane Taggart, shane@jonescivil.com, no later than 5:00 pm on October 28, 2024 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
