Site work for a civil project in Chehalis, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of constructing a 450,000-gallon stainless steel bolted reservoir including demolishing the existing Fabritank reservoir and concrete reservoir, site work, site piping, site restoration, electrical, instrumentation, and telemetry. The Work shall be substantially complete within 200 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office ofthe Business Manager, Boistfort Valley Water, Chehalis, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Boistfort Valley Water" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. For assistance, please call (206) 284- 0860. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. The Boistfort Valley Water expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. Engineer's Estimate $1,400,000 to $1,600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
