The Borough of West Chester is seeking unit prices for the furnishing of various roadway materials. Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Messages/Vendor Discussion feature in online no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Location : Online portal. No bid may be withdrawn within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the bid opening or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder. The Borough of West Chester reserves the right to reject any, and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
