Site work for a civil project in West Branch, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a new 250,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank, new foundation, storm sewer, watermain and site work with other appurtenances. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A pre-bid conference will not be held. This will be a prevailing wage project. The City of West Branch reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of West Branch.
