Site work for a water / sewer project in West Branch, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of approx. 3600' of 12" transmission watermain via open cut along with associated HMA replacement, along with lawn and farm field restoration with other appurtenances. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. This will be a prevailing wage project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This work is being performed in accordance with and funded through an EGLE American Rescue Plan - State Revolving Fund program. The City of West Branch reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of West Branch.
