Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in West Branch, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
This project consists of replacing the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) on Runway 9 and 27. New installations will include cable, conduit, counterpoise, duct, handholes, junction cans, and vault equipment. The project shall be complete and ready for final inspection within fifteen (15) calendar days from the effective date of Notice-to-Proceed. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Alteration of work and quantities. The Owner reserves the right to make such changes in quantities and work as may be necessary or desirable to complete, in a satisfactory manner, the original intended work. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Owners Engineer or RPR shall be and is hereby authorized to make, in writing, such in-scope alterations in the work and variation of quantities as may be necessary to complete the work, provided such action does not represent a significant change in the character of the work.
