Site work for a civil project in Pelzer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Services Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is proposing the replacement and relocation of a portion of the existing 8-inch gravity sewer system in the city of Pelzer, SC out of tightly condensed back yards into the streets to create greater accessibility for sewer maintenance and to better serve property owners. This Project includes installing approximately 7,300 ft of 8-inch sewer, 43 manholes, 100 service laterals, and performing all associated work including removing/abandoning existing sewer mains and manholes, installing new service lateral pipes from the main to the dwelling, installing cleanouts, and performing all other necessary work including bypass pumping, traffic control and restoration. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP). All federal SCIIP requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM).
