Asphaltic Concrete Pavement Repairs at Martial Cottle Park Trail, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. THE WORK The Work will consist of asphaltic concrete pavement repair. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING REQUIREMENT The Contractor must possess an A - General Engineering and/or a C-12 - Earthwork and Paving Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
