Sumter School District is accepting bid from qualified contractors to construct a fieldhouse at Sumter High School's Softball field as specified. In order to submit a valid bid form for consideration. Bidders must complete the section of the Bid Schedule form (Section VIII) specifying the brand either circling the name of the brand being bid for items where the District has specified a brand or by Supplying the name of the brand being bid in the blank space for the items where the District has not specified brands. On items with only one acceptable brand being specified by the District, prospective bidders should still have that brand name listed on the Bid Schedule form to assure the District that the brand requirement is acknowledged and accepted. Bid forms with missing brand information may result in disqualification of that particular item from consideration
