The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rochester Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Full-Service Warranty Maintenance of Elevators at Rochester Psychiatric Center located at 1111 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14620. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Per noted in the Equipment List (Exhibit B), The elevators in buildings 16, and 60, covered under this contract agreement are part of a major elevator renovation construction project at the Facility. During the renovation timeframe for each elevator the Contractor will not be responsible for the maintenance or be allowed to invoice the Monthly Rate for maintenance, for those elevators until renovation completion and OMH acceptance of the elevators. The renovated elevators will then begin coverage under the terms of this agreement, with any repairs as a result of the renovations performed, covered under the one-year construction installation warranty. This project is scheduled to start in May 2026, and be completed in May 2027. This schedule is subject to change. The CONTRACTOR is to provide Time and Material maintenance services for all elevators included in Appendix D - Work Plan for all equipment and tasks included in the following exhibits: Exhibit A - Preventive Maintenance Tasks; for all equipment and ancillary equipment listed in Exhibit B - Equipment List; and according to the schedule matrix included in Exhibit C - Schedule Matrix.
