Site work and paving for a road / highway in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This solicitation is a one time purchase contract for the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) for the asphalt paving road for Mark Luttrell Transition Center (MLTC). Specifications and terms & conditions are attached. Mark Luttrell Transition Center Asphalt Paving Mill existing surfaces As applicable, remove and replace any signage Mechanically broom sweep all areas Clean Existing Pavement with air blower Patch and fill existing cracks/potholes, adjust drainage slopes to ensure 100% drainage (no puddles) Add tack coat per Tennessee Highway Standards Wearing surface per Tennessee Highway Standards compacted thickness of two inches Roll with tandem roller for compaction Paint Stripping, 4-inch single white stripe outside lanes and delineating all parking spaces. Contractor shall match the new stripes and parking spaces to equivalent to the current number and type of spaces Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than 2p.m. CT November 27, 2024.
