Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thatcher, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Work: The project is located on 8th Street in the Town of Thatcher, Arizona. The project limits extend approximately 1.0 mile from 1st Avenue to 20th Avenue. The project consists of the removal of existing street improvements and the construction of a new roadway; including earthwork, new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete driveways, ADA ramps, drainage improvements, signing and striping, and other related items. Projected Start Date: February 3, 2025 Final Completion: August 29, 2025 Address all questions to Tom Palmer, Town Engineer, via e-mail at tpalmer@thatcher.az.gov. The Town of Thatcher reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder.
