Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct approximately 625 SY of 6" Thick PC Concrete Pavement, 77 LF reinforced concrete storm sewer, grading, and other such work as may be incidental to Polk Street & Hawkeye Street Intersection Improvements. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial.
