Reference Number 0000365904 Facilities Management at Colorado State University is seeking firm pricing on a pad mounted transformer for the Clark Building revitalization project. One (1) 300 kVA, 13,200 Delta-480/277V Wye oil filled pad mounted distribution transformer suitable for outdoor installation. The switching configuration consists of three (3) 15kV on-off switches. Delta-Wye and connected with a three (3) phase, three (3) wire Delta primary and three (3) phase four wire grounded Wye secondary. Must meet specifications described in "Attachment B-Oil Filled Transformer Specifications". Response must list brand, model, and part numbers Vendors must bid new OEM equipment only. Used, demo or remanufactured equipment will NOT be considered. Acceptable manufacturers are: Cooper-RTE, ABB, General Electric, CG Power Systems, or WEG Transformers USA. Inquiries must be submitted in writing and directed to lynette.brink@colostate.edu. Vendors who phone in questions will be asked to submit their inquiry in writing. Award Notification (estimate) Friday, November 1, 2024 Desired delivery date within 1 year (October 16, 2025). Colorado State University reserves the right to determine whether the alterative products offered are equivalent to those specified.
