Asbestos Abatement at the Former Hickory Ridge Golf Course Clubhouse Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of this project is limited to removal of known and suspect asbestos containing material (ACM) removal and related abatement activities at the former Hickory Ridge Golf Course clubhouse, 191 West Pomeroy Lane. Building demolition and removal of other waste materials will be procured separately. In addition to the above, the scope of the work isto: (1) Protect and maintain parking lots, berms, sidewalks and streets; (2) Protect any adjacent properties from damage due to debrisremoval and abatement activities. TheContractorshallsecure and shall pay for any required agency notifications and permits applicable to their work. The Contractor shall coordinate all efforts required to obtain these permits. All other permits and governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor.
