The Washington County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking Professional Engineering Services from registered, qualified consultant firms in the State of Florida with experience in Engineering, Design, and Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) required to support the engineering needs of the County. It is the intent of the County to select and negotiate contracts with multiple firms to perform these Engineering Services required by the County for various county projects. The selected firms shall serve as the Washington County Engineering Consultants for assigned projects. The Contract will be for various County Engineering, Design, and Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services for the following: roadway design and construction; paving of existing dirt roads; resurfacing paved roads; utility projects; road widening; road shoulder paving; pipe replacement; drainage improvements; driveways; signs and striping; engineering studies; engineering reports; electrical engineering as well as any other engineering services deemed required by the County. This will include projects funded by FEMA, FDOT, as well as projects funded by any other Agency. FIRM/INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF ITS SUBMITTAL. SUBMITTALS RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED DAY AND TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED. To be considered, Firm/Team must submit one (1) manually signed original, six (6) hard copies and six (1) digital copy on USB in pdf format of the submittal in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Teams name and address, and the words RFQ 2024-02 ENGINEERING SERVICES addressed to Washington County BOCC, c/o Kimberly Birge-Gorman, 1331 South BLVD, Chipley, FL 32428.
