The work will require removing the existing 3 x 1000mm Ø CSP 13 to 14m long and installing four (4) new 2000mm Ø x 20.7m long CSP with concrete headwall on Rd 12E, SE 36-18-02 E1 at Bass Drain in the Rural Municipality of Armstrong. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Notwithstanding Specification 13.5.2, Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Thirty-five (35) Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed. Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Water Control Removing Structural Plate Culverts Placing Group "C" Culverts Bid Hourly Equipment Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Thirty-five (35) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is April 1, 2025, to June 15, 2025.
