All quantities are estimates. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment and materials. Questions should be directed to Jaci Kincaid at (919) 707-6920. Question Deadline - 10/31/2024- Questions shall be emailed to Jennifer Sour at jsour@ncdot.gov 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening. Contact with any other NCDOT personnel concerning this project is strictly prohibited and will result in bids being considered non-responsive. The date of availability for this project is December 4, 2024. The completion date for this project is July 31, 2028. All prospective bidders shall be prequalified with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid. Contractors who are not prequalified may obtain information and forms for prequalifying from the Contractual Services Unit, Division of Highways, Department of Transportation, 1509 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC. All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual Services Unit at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids.
