Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nackawic, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed project is a full infrastructure development for a new subdivision in Nackawic, NB, providing essential services like surface water management, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems. It will support 22 new residential plots and 2 multi-residential buildings. The work includes constructing Wilmot Street (170 meters), Second Street (260 meters), and First Street (320 meters), all with sidewalks, a 200mm water main, a 200mm sanitary sewer main, and a 300 mm storm sewer main. A booster station will also be added for the water system. Located South of Landegger Drive and North of Otis Drive, the project runs parallel to Route 105, offering around 750 meters of roadway with concrete curbs, asphalt, and landscaping. Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide performance securities as specified in the tender documents. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Question Deadline 10/24/2024
