The project consists of a new two-story, 90,525+/- GSF school building for 395 students in grades K thru 3 with a Pre-K component for approximately 100 students. The new building will be constructed behind the owner-occupied existing building. Once the new building is occupiable, the existing building will be abated and demolished to make way for the additional site development, i.e. additional parking vehicular pathways, playground area, lawn area, etc. Construction is anticipated to begin March 2025 with a project duration of 28 months. The existing Green Meadow Elementary School Building will be fully demolished and replaced with a new 92,072 GSF, two-story Green Meadow Elementary School project on the 33+/- acre parcel of land that will serve 395 students from kindergarten to Grade 3.
