Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The project will build a 4-foot-wide natural surface trail 2.37 miles (12,545 linear feet) in length. The trail will consist of 3 segments: * Loop A: 3075 linear feet with up to 4 tabletops, 12 rollers, 36 small berm turns, and an 18" x 8' culvert at 115th Ave. SW. * Loop B: 2800 linear feet with up to 3 tabletops, 10 rollers, 24 small berm turns, and an 18" x 8' culvert * Loop B to Stanski Trailhead: 6670 linear feet with two (2) 12" x 8' culverts. The contractor shall not begin construction until after January 1, 2025, and all work shall be completed by July 31, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope (attached to the bid envelope) containing a bidder's bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety authorized to do business in the State of North Dakota, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the bidder, the bidder shall within ten (10) days after receiving the contract for execution, execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of DPRD. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract. Bidders must hold a North Dakota Contractor's License or Renewal Certificate issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State and must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. The required bid bond envelope shall also contain a copy of the bidder's North Dakota Contractor's License or a copy of the bidder's latest Renewal Certificate issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to hold all bids for sixty (60) days after the opening, reject any and all bids, and waive informalities or irregularities whenever it is in the best interest of Dickinson Parks and Recreation.
