Reference Number 0000365921 Thornton is seeking Proposals from Contractors to provide Sport Court Striping Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended Five (5) Year General Service Agreement. Service Providers will be required to provide striping and resurfacing services for the sport courts throughout the City of Thornton. The sports courts include tennis, basketball, futsol, shuffleboard, in-line hockey, pickleball or other sports. The surfaces are typically concrete or emulsified playing surface over concrete but may be another surface such as asphalt. Any questions concerning this Project shall be directed in writing to Paul Morris, Sr. Contract Administrator, E-mail - Paul.Morris@ThorntonCO.gov The Agreement shall terminate on December 31st, 2029, unless sooner terminated by Thornton's issuance of a Termination Notice. Rate adjustments may be re-negotiated on an annual basis upon request. Rate adjustments are limited to no greater than the increase in the Denver-Boulder-Greeley Consumer Price Index as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics or as negotiated between the Parties. Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
