Section I - Pth 12 Culvert Replacement (1.2km North of Buffalo Point Road) (Project Id No. C07318) Supply and Install One (1) Precast Concrete Culvert by Jacking Through Provincial Trunk Highway 12, 1.2km North of Buffalo Point Road, in the Rural Municipality of Piney. Section Ii - Buffalo Point Road Culvert Replacement (5.4km East of Pth 12) (Project Id No. C07332) Supply and Install One (1) Precast Concrete Culvert by Trenching, Including Removing the Existing Corrugated Steel Culvert, Through Buffalo Point Road, 5.4km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 12, in the Rural Municipality of Piney. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 31, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is N/a.
