Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/30 03:00:00 PM NDT 1 Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, exterior deck and ramp replacement of Froude Ave Community Centre at 83-89 Froude Ave, St. John's. Work for this project is as specified herein and referred to in the specifications. 2 The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. All items to be supply and install unless otherwise noted. Contractor responsible for damage caused during construction. Before submitting a quote, bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the site of the proposed work to fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations. No claim will be entertained or allowed for any labour, materials or other extras that may be required for the proper execution and completion of the contract, which could have been determined by site examination. 1 Provide all labour, materials, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, and administration necessary to perform the Work outlined below and described in greater detail in this specification. 2 All work in this project is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. If you require a copy of our specifications outside of what is included in this tender please contact the NL Housing representative. 3 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site, and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 4 All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. 5 All work to be performed as per accessible design standards, applicable building codes (National Building Code of Canada, National Plumbing Code of Canada, National Electrical Code; latest editions), and drawings/scope of work attached herein. 6 Contractor and/or persons performing work to make good all surfaces affected by construction as noted on drawings or as otherwise required to give finished appearance consistent with adjacent surfaces, including, but not limited to flooring, wall finishes, and trims. All finishes must be of a modest standard. 7 Note: Community Centre will remain open during construction. Contractor to work with community centre for access.
