Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Ewing, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 79,000-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids single lump sum bids will be received by the Township of Ewing, New Jersey, for the New Ewing Senior & Community Center. The approximate major work items include: 1. New (+/-) 79,000 sf, 2-story steel-framed replacement community center with brick facade and metal stud backup walls as identified in the contract documents. 2. Site work as identified in the contract documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Township of Ewing, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. Last day for bidder's questions shall be 12:00pm on November 08, 2024. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Building Department's Architect. The Township of Ewing reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids.
