This project will consist of activities that support the Brownfields Assistance Program (BAP) by conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, and contaminated site remediation, which may include, but is not limited to, cleanup for lead-based paint, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), petroleum hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents in various environmental media. This cleanup may also include abatement of hazardous building materials. The contractor will prepare necessary reports and work plans, including Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), EPA Crosswalk documents, Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs), and Remedy Implementation Work Plans (RIWPs). The contractor will identify analogous positions, as appropriate, in the existing WDEQ Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) which has been approved by the EPA. Questions: All questions shall be submitted on the online website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 25, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the online website or in the form of a written addendum posted on website by 1:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on October 25, 2024, will not be addressed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
