Site work, paving, remodeling and renovation of an office development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 20,720-square-foot office development.
This project will consist of a complete remodel of 4th floor of the Hathaway Building. The scope of work will include above ceiling work on 3rd floor to facilitate the new work on 4th floor. Demolition of all existing demountable partitions, ceilings, finishes, fixtures, lights devices plumbing, etc. Existing stairwells are not in scope. New interior partitions, ceilings, finishes, LED lighting, electrical distribution, panel locations plumbing fixtures, etc. HVAC as needed to tie in and modify existing system. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm system to be removed and replaced as necessary. Alternate for replacing all exterior windows. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 at 5:00 PM MT
