Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Design plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of May 15, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. This project will consider planning and programming under the titles of reconnaissance and feasibility statutorily required for State funded projects. The Dairy Barn has three main areas to consider: North, South and Center. The North wing currently serves as a livestock and small animal preparation and staging area during the State Fair. The Center section serves as event and concessions space. The South wing serves as vendor space during the State Fair and local archery competitions in the off season. This building has great history and character and needs to be preserved in order to continue to serve the State Fair and the community. The project will consider site/civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical components. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
