This project will consist of activities that support the Brownfields Assistance Program (BAP) by conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, and contaminated site remediation, which may include, but is not limited to, cleanup for lead-based paint, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), petroleum hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents in various environmental media. This cleanup may also include abatement of hazardous building materials. The contractor will prepare necessary reports and work plans, including Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), EPA Crosswalk documents, Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs), and Remedy Implementation Work Plans (RIWPs). The contractor will identify analogous positions, as appropriate, in the existing WDEQ Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) which has been approved by the EPA.
