Fox River Water Reclamation District (the "District") is accepting sealed bids for three (3) and five (5) year contracts for the removal, transportation, and disposal of dewatered anaerobically digested biosolids from its wastewater facilities (the "Services"). The Services consists of all labor, materials, supervision, insurance, and equipment necessary for the annual removal and disposal of approximately 20,000 wet tons of aerobically digested biosolids from the Albin D. Pagorski ("ADP") Water Reclamation Facility ("WRF"), located at 100 Purify Drive in Elgin, Illinois. All phases of the Services shall be conducted in strict compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and in accordance with all other District specifications and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("IEPA") Permit requirements. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, payable to the Fox River Water Reclamation District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of any and all bids, to waive any technical errors or omissions in any bid, to modify or eliminate the scope of services, to award all or part of the scope of services, and to accept any bid in its entirety or any part thereof, if in the judgment of the District, the best interests of the District will be promoted thereby. Bids shall not be withdrawn and shall remain subject to acceptance for a period of seventy (70) days after the bid opening date.
