Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Les Coteaux, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
Development of of a new community Centre of the City. The scope of the project includes alterations of a former fire hall building for the development of a facility for a community and leisure activities. The new centre will house a municipal library, a community hall and other community and service rooms. The project also includes the construction of a public square in front of the new facility. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project implementation was delayed pending required approvals. Owner expects that a tender for the general contractor will be issued in spring/early summer 2026.
