**As of December 17, 2024 project was awarded to Audeamus dba Sebastian, awarded amount is $828,950.** PROJECT LOCATIONS: BALDERAS ES - 4625 E FLORENCE AVE., FRESNO, CA 93725 GREENBERG ES - 5081 E LANE AVE., FRESNO, CA 93727 HIDALGO ES - 3550 E THOMAS AVE., FRESNO, CA 93702 TERRONEZ MS - 2300 S WILLOW AVE., FRESNO, CA 93725 WEBSTER ES - E TYLER AVE., FRESNO, CA 93701 The Architect/Engineers' estimate for this project is around $751,985 for Section A (Heaton, Homan, Mayfair, Vinland, and Wolters Elementary Schools) and $818,779 for Section B (Balderas, Greenberg, Hidalgo, Webster Elementary Schools and Terronez Middle School). The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 365 Calendar days. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Prequalification applications are to be submitted through Quality Bidders no later than 11:59 PM, November 4, 2024 October 25, 2024.
