Work with Separate Contractors: Cooperate fully with Owner's separate contractors, so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under Owner's separate contracts. B. Concurrent Work: Owner has awarded separate contract(s) for the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. 1. Roof Replacement - Building 600: To Keating Roofing for removal/replacement of existing roof. Work to be coordinated with new rooftop HVAC equipment provided and installed by this contract. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Project includes the selective demolition and renovation of existing interior spaces totaling approximately 4,500 SF in a portion of existing Building 600. Work includes removal and replacement of interior finishes, paritions and supporting MEP systems. The new work includes new flooring, casework, non-loadbearing walls, and new ceilings. The project includes select structural modifications to support the installation of owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) rooftop mechanical equipment. The project scope also includes floor finish removal and replacement in Building 500, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Description: Bldg. 600 - Selective demolition & renovation of approx. 4,500 interior space. Removal & replacement of interior finishes, partitions, & support MEP systems. New flooring, casework, non-loadbearing walls, & new ceilings. Select structural modifications to support installation of owner furnished, contractor installed (OFC) rooftop mechanical equipment. Construction also includes work in building 500 - floor replacement *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction Cost Range: $1,200,000 to $1,500,000
