Renovation of a library in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The SCLC is soliciting proposals for the provision of the following services and products I. Book locker systems A. The SCLC requires the services of a vendor to supply the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey ("Library") with a book locker system and associated configuration, installation, and maintenance. The system will provide an alternative for picking up library materials on hold using a physical or digital library card outside regular branch operating hours. B. The Library has firm plans to install one locker system offering at least 16 compartments at one branch location, but expects to install up to three additional systems of varying sizes at other locations as well. Proposals should include information regarding the size, capacity, and cost for starter/control units, and the size, capacity, and cost for additional expansion locker compartment units (see Bid Proposal Form). Open-end contract for hold pickup book locker systems Proposals must be made on the standard proposal form and be enclosed in a sealed package. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
