Devise a plan for installation of complete and operable electrical systems meeting the requirements and intent ofthe Contract Documents. Submission ofBid stands as evidence that the Contractor accepts the Contract Documents as sufficient and complete for the work to be performed. Notify the engineer at least two weeks prior to bid of any discrepancies between the Contract Documents and actual field conditions. No change orders will be granted due to existing conditions that could have been observed during a site visit.
