Install Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements. Including, but not limited to: 1. Lagoon sludge removal 2. Piping modifications 3. Sagar System construction 4. UV Disinfection 5. Sitework 6. Electrical A certified check, bank draft, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid openings. All bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the OWNER for any damage or claim brought by any bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the OWNER because of such rejections, and the filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions. All material, work, and equipment shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications.
