The City of Grant City is taking sealed bids for Demolition around the square. Any questions please call Lizzie Jeanes @City Hall 660-564-2102. Demolition of the current structor, Loading of debris for proper disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Site filled and graded to an acceptable level. There must be 4 ft of fill dirt placed over any remaining debris and sloped. Interior walls of building to be demolished can be left to protect ajoining buildings. Dirt has been attained within 1 mile of town for fill. There will be assistance with hauling away debris that is not considered hazardous and hauling dirt in. All contractors will be required to have proofof insurance.
