The work of this contract generally includes roadway improvements on Mission Street from Idaho Street to SH-55. The roadway improvements include cement recycled asphalt base stabilization (CRABS) pavement rehabilitation of the existing roadway and widening of the road section for bike lanes. Additional roadwork includes installation of stormwater inlets and piping, driveway culverts, drainage ditches, retaining walls, striping, and traffic signs. The project also includes replacement of water services, water meters, and fire hydrants. Any changes to the Plans and Specifications will be in the form of a written addendum which will be made available to all plan holders by Close of Business on Thursday, November 14, 2024. Proof of Bid Security must be submitted with the official bid documents. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the instructions to Bidders. The City of McCall reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
