Project: MISSION ST TASK 24-06A Project Description: The Work of This Contract Generally Includes Roadway Improvements on Mission Street From Idaho Street to Sh-55. The Roadway Improvements Include Cement Recycled Asphalt Base Stabilization (Crabs) Pavement Rehabilitation of the Existing Roadway and Widening of the Road Section for Bike Lanes. Additional Roadwork Includes Installation of Stormwater Inlets and Piping, Driveway Culverts, Drainage Ditches, Retaining Walls, Striping, and Traffic Signs. The Project Also Includes Replacement of Water Services, Water Meters, and Fire Hydrants. The work of this contract generally includes roadway improvements on Mission Street from Idaho Street to SH-55/Lake Street. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Cash in the Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Amount, Payable to the City of Mccall. Proof of Bid Security Must Be Submitted With the Official Bid Documents. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the Owner as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Mccall Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing to the Engineer, no later than 5:00 p.m. MST on Monday, February 3, 2025. All paving operations completed by October 1, 2025. Substantial completion of Base Bid no later than October 15, 2025. Substantial completion of all selected Bid Alternates, if applicable, no later than October 15, 2025.
