Seward County School District 80-0005, commonly known as Milford Public Schools (the "District"), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a tile installation project in the cafeteria at Milford Jr./Sr. High School. The District has procured and will furnish the tile and tile adhesive for the project, but all other labor, goods, services, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and anything else necessary for completion of the project must be supplied by the successful Bidder. T he project will begin immediately upon the execution of the construction agreement, with on-site work to be scheduled on or about December 21, 2024-January 3, 2025, if feasible. The district's goal for substantial completion of the entire project is January 3, 2025. Bidders may propose an alternative date for substantial completion of the entire project and such date, if any, must be included on the Bid Form that the Bidder submits, together with the Bidder's agreement that the entire work will be substantially complete no later than July 1, 2025.
