Westmoor Elementary School Addition and Renovation. Description: An approximately 1,800 SF Administrative Office Addition and a renovation of approximately 50,500 sf of the school building. Work includes metal stud walls, fire sprinklers, acoustical ceilings, flooring, doors/windows and glazing, exterior brick veneer to match existing and exterior metal panel are included. A roof replacement of approximately 4,100 sf is also included. All required framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be included under this contract.
