Site work for a mixed-use development in Apache Junction, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bidder shall provide such information as may be required by the city as evidence of qualifications to provide the labor, materials, transportation, storage, equipment or other services as required. The City of Apache Junction reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities, and to suspend the procurement deadlines applicable to this process. P&R PP DRAINAGE 2024-008 All work under this contract shall be done in accordance with the bid documents including: General Conditions & Instructions to Bidders and Scope of Work, all of which are hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Documents". Where a specification or document appears ambiguous, or where any portion is not fully understood, the Bidder shall submit such question in writing to the Finance department by using the "Bid Inquiry" form under Exhibit K no later than January 6, 2025, by 5:00 p.m., Arizona standard time. Verbal explanations shall not be binding. The project aims to address flooding and erosion issues in Prospector Park during moderate to heavy rain events. The improvements will focus on revising and enhancing current drainage systems and headwalls to prevent future damage to the park and surrounding areas Questions on the language used in this Requestfor Bid shall be directed to the City of Apache Junction Finance Department, Purchasing Administrator Jonathan Ramos using Bid Inquiry Form (Exhibit K).
