GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Regional Lift Station to serve Northstar Ranch MUD No. 1 located North of the intersection of 287 and Northstar Parkway. Install 2,696 LF of 12" Sewer Force Main. PREQUALIFICATION - Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. PREBID CONFERENCE - Not Required Invitations with links to the web conferencing application will be distributed directly to those who have submitted an Expression of Interest. If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing." If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. CITY'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS - City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
