Drain Rehabilitation of Rempel Drain, consisting of approximately 120m of drain excavation, near an Imperial Oil Pipeline in Section 26-2-1W in the Municipality of Rhineland. The Work shall be completed on or before the expiration of FIFTEEN (15) Working Days. Daily liquidated damages after this specified time limit will be charged at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per Working Day until the work is completed.
