Pressure Reducing Valves in Southeast Quadrant of Facility - Winnipeg Police Service Headquarters - 245 Smith Street The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) installing two automatic hydraulic pressure reducing valves (PRV's) and one recirculation pump onto the domestic water lines in the ceiling of the P1 parking level at the WPS HQ. (b) isolating and draining the water from the affected areas of pipe and cutting out the pipe in the specified area. (c) installation of the new equipment and assorted accessories as indicated on plans and the schematic. (d) connection of the new pump to an existing electrical panel. (e) all testing and commissioning of new equipment. The funds available for this contract are $90,000.00 A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and (b) a labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; or Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
