Bids are sought by the Town of Plymouth for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to build a dog park by demolition, site preparation, and installation. The awarding authority is the Town Manager who reserves the right to reject or split all bids if deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Plymouth.
