The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Bronx Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment, located at the Bronx Psychiatric Center, 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461. The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, November 14, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by November 21, 2024. Contract term: September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2030.
